This is an event publicity poster I got from an organization of Yordim (emigrees from Israel) who once invited Avraham "Vinegar the Son of Wine" Burg to speak. Now they want to know if the ad campaign by the Absorption Ministry last month was offensive or whether the reaction to it was excessive.Labels: American Jewish leadership, Yordim

I am an Orthodox Jew - some would even call me 'ultra-Orthodox.' Born in Boston, I was a corporate and securities attorney in New York City for seven years before making aliya to Israel in 1991 (I don't look it but I really am that old :-).
