Carl - like Joy Aura said, the fact you'll have to sit out a storm is proof of climate change.

Oh, haven't you heard? The global warmists say these harsh winters are caused by global warming (!), and they are claiming to have predicted it. (Which appears to be false; instead, ten years ago they were predicting that within two decades British children wouldn't know what snow is.)
