But of course it passed anyway

22 countries voted against holding a Durban III conference in New York City shortly after the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks.
UN Watch salutes the countries that voted on Friday against Durban 3: United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Canada, Netherlands, Australia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.

There were 22 No votes, up from 19 in the earlier committee vote. (Micronesia and Palau moved from absent to No; Slovakia and The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia moved from Abstain to No. San Marino move from No to absent, presumably due to the late night voting.)
Sweden is a bit of a surprise - maybe since that suicide bombing in Stockholm they're starting to get it?

But of course it passed anyway (104-22-33), and unless Barack Obama discovers that he has... you know what and decides to make a stand, this 'conference' is going to take place in New York right after 9/11.

What could go wrong?

Good news for 2011: another international Jew-bashing orgy timed to coincide with 9/11.

What could go wrong indeed

I just can't express how deeply offensive I find it that the UN will be holding this Racists' & Anti-Semites' Convention in New York. The list of "for" votes is a who's who list of Third World Tinpot Dictatorships, Thugocracies and ostensibly Western Welfare-case Dysfunctional Mini-Countries, almost all up to their necks with serious problems entirely of their own making.

Of course, it's easier for them to blame their decrepit state of affairs on others, rather than accepting responsibility for themselves. The West in general (those wicked white people); the US in particular, half the source of the world's ills; and of course Israel, all those evil JOOOS, the other half of the source.

I could hope that at least there could be the good result of the US MSM shining a strong spotlight on these hate-filled ignoramus losers. But I suspect that's a vain hope, with America's MSM being saturated as it is with UN-o-phile liberals.
