Muslims threaten to murder Pam Geller, media silent or cheering
I find the lack of a harsh reaction in the US media to threats against the life of Pamela Geller - the prominent blogger and organizer of last weekend's Mohammed cartoon drawing contest - incredible. Her life was threatened by the monsters from Islamic State earlier this week, but perhaps even more incredible is this clip from Fox News that went up a short time ago.
Radical Imam Anjem Choudary told Pamela Geller tonight on Hannity that
she should be tried in Shariah Court and slaughtered... for speaking out
against radical Islam.
Let's go to the videotape.
But it's not just the media. The United States government is ignoring its most basic task: To protect its citizens. Pamela Geller told Sean Hannity tonight that she reached out to the FBI
but has not heard back from them after ISIS issued a death threat
against her on Tuesday. Homeland Security has also not contacted her.
Let's go to the videotape.
This is the United States of America in 2015. Stay safe Pam....
Video: Sean Hannity interview with Prime Minister Netanyahu
Here's Sean Hannity interviewing Prime Minister Netanyahu. There are a total of four videos here. The first one talks about Hamas and Operation Protective Edge.
With apologies in advance to those who have problems viewing videos I embed from Fox... let's go to the videotape.
Here's the second part, where the Prime Minister talks about finding a 'peaceful solution.'
Let's go to the videotape.
Here's the third part, which deals with radical Islam.
Let's go to the videotape.
Here's the fourth and final part of Sean Hannity's interview with Binyamin Netanyahu. In this part, Netanyahu talks about how Hamas and Iran must be stopped NOW.
Sean Hannity sums up his interview with Prime Minister Netanyahu
Sean Hannity's interview with Prime Minister Netanyahu will be shown at 10:00 pm Eastern, 5:00 am Friday Israel time. I hope to pick up some footage and post it in the morning.
Sean Hannity also interviewed former Israeli ambassador to the United Nations Dore Gold on Wednesday night. Gold gave him a history of Jerusalem.
Let's go to the videotape.
Last night, I posted a video which, like this one, was embedded from Fox News' web site. A couple of people (one in the comments and one on Twitter) complained they couldn't see the video. It turned out that one of them wasn't trying to watch the video but rather to get to the embed code. I don't know how to do that other than getting to Fox's web site. For anyone else who has problems, I would suggest that if you're using NoScript or something similar, you must free up any components that are required to view the video.
By the way, I think this video is Part 1 of 2. I will try to post Part 2 later.
Rachel Frenkel to Hannity: 'My son's death may have saved dozens of life'
Sean Hannity is here in Israel. Last night, Hannity showed an interview with Rachel Frenkel, the mother of Naftali Frenkel HY"D (May God Avenge his blood). Naftali was one of three teenagers who was kidnapped by Hamas in June, which indirectly led to this past month's war. Rachel Frenkel says that her son's death may have saved dozens of lives - a statement that's incontrovertible.
Let's go to the videotape.
May God Comfort the Frenkel's among all mourners for Zion and Jerusalem, and may they know of no more sorrow.
Israel to lose $175 million in foreign aid to US sequester
If President Obama and Congress don't reach a deal by Friday - and it seems unlikely that they will - Israel stands to lose $175 million in foreign aid as a result of the automatic sequester that is to take effect.
Israel is set to lose $143 million in foreign aid in 2013 and an
additional $32 million in direct military assistance if U.S. President
Barack Obama and Congress do not work out an agreement to prevent
automatic sequestration by Friday.
The cuts reflect a 8.2% cut in the remainder of Israel’s foreign aid
package for fiscal year 2013, and a 13% cut in the U.S. defense budget -
excluding military pay - from which Israel receives direct assistance
for specific military programs. Both aid packages are directed at
military assistance and security collaborations, though they come from
different sources within the U.S. budget.
Well-placed sources said that while aid to Israel enjoys wide support
in Congress, it has not been publicly singled out either by U.S.
lawmakers or by pro-Israel lobbyists during the ongoing and often
acrimonious debate about sequestration.
The sources added that although the sequestration aims to cut the U.S.
budget by $1.2 trillion over a period of ten years, from FY2014 onwards
it would be possible to exempt Israel from the mandatory budget
reductions.
I honestly don't believe that this will greatly impact Israel....
Meanwhile, Congressman Keith Ellison (D-Mn) unloaded on Sean Hannity on Fox News last night regarding the sequestration.
Here's Sean Hannity interviewing Republican candidate Ron Paul about Israel and Iran (among other things). Please note that Paul denies that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad wants to wipe out the Jewish state (he makes it sound like they 'just' want to get rid of our government) and he claims that there is no evidence of Iran being anywhere near a nuclear weapon. This is also the video where Hannity asks about the newsletters.
Let's go to the videotape.
Sorry fellow Republicans, I can't support this guy. No way, no how. Yes, even if it means four more years of Obama (whom you all know I cannot stand).
On Wednesday, President Obama will deliver an address in Indonesia that is being billed as a continuation of his Cairo speech in 2009. Here's a video with Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity and Newt Gingrich on Obama's views on Islam.
I am an Orthodox Jew - some would even call me 'ultra-Orthodox.' Born in Boston, I was a corporate and securities attorney in New York City for seven years before making aliya to Israel in 1991 (I don't look it but I really am that old :-). I have been happily married to the same woman for thirty-five years, and we have eight children (bli ayin hara) ranging in age from 13 to 33 years and nine grandchildren.
