b. Biden agrees to serve only one term in office and to hand the reins to that running mate.
c. The running mate will be a black - probably former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick (having it be Mooch would be a little too obvious).

Petty, pathetic and pissy. The three Ps that always cover the Whiner-in-Chief for whom it's always about him.
"It's my birthday and I'm going to be blunt," Obama told the group of 22 Jewish leaders who gathered in the Cabinet Room on his 54th birthday, according to one attendee.
The quote we heard was that the President said "it's been a really busy day. You'd think they'd be nicer to me on my birthday but it's a tight schedule and I wanted to make sure we had a few hours to discuss this important issue."Isn't it always Obama's birthday or a holiday or some other excuse for him to...
A. Be a jackass
B. Whine in an entitled fashion
It's not about Iran. It's not about millions dying in a nuclear war. It's always personal. It's Obama's birthday being ruined.Read it all.

Instead of blocking Iran’s path to nuclear weaponry, the deal, in fact, provides two paths. Under its terms, Iran could develop advanced centrifuges capable of enriching uranium at 20 times the current rate. By repeatedly exploiting the 24-day head start that the deal affords Iran before it has to let international inspectors visit a suspected site, the ayatollahs could cheat and make a bomb well within the deal’s 10-year time frame.
Or Iran could comply with the agreement and emerge with all of its nuclear facilities intact and thousands of advanced centrifuges that can produce an entire arsenal of bombs in virtually no time at all.
And while Iran likely chooses between these two paths to atomic bombs, its neighbors, beginning with Saudi Arabia, would rush to acquire their own. The result would be a strategic arms race that would transform the already unstable Middle East into a nuclear powder keg.
In the interim, Iran would be released from the sanctions that took the world a decade to impose. These cannot be “snapped back” if Iran were to violate the deal, as its defenders contend, but reinstated only after a lengthy international process that excludes all the contracts signed by Iran before it were to cheat. As such, the deal serves as an incentive for foreign companies to sign a great number of short- and medium-term contracts with Iran. The windfall is estimated to reach $700 billion, according to Israeli government sources.
That cash could be used by Iran to fund its global terrorist network, its efforts to overthrow pro-Western governments in the Middle East, and its continuing massacre of Syrians, Palestinians and Yemenis. The money could purchase the world’s most advanced weapons systems, all of which the deal would make available to Iran by eventually lifting the arms embargo. Iran could upgrade the 100,000 rockets in Hezbollah’s arsenal with independent guidance systems capable of targeting any site in Israel — oil refineries, airports, even the Knesset. The Jewish state will face its first conventional strategic threat in more than 40 years.
Finally, Iran could invest in extending the range of its intercontinental ballistic missiles, the sole purpose of which is to carry nuclear warheads. Intelligence sources estimate that, in a few years, Iranian ICBMs will be able to hit the United States’ East Coast.
All of these activities could be coordinated by Iranian military commander Qassem Suleimani and Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, father of Iran’s nuclear weaponization program, whose United Nations sanctions reportedly are being lifted. Meanwhile, Iran’s centrifuges would continue to spin. And American security forces that once tried to penetrate Iran’s nuclear program would then — astonishingly, according to the deal’s Annex 3, Section D10 — be obligated to help protect it.But it's okay. By the time Iran is capable of hitting the United States, President Obama and Mooch will have retired to Kenya.

The latest issue of ISIS propaganda magazine 'Dabiq' has promised to bring slave markets to the West. The terrorist organization carried an article justifying rape and slaving women. The group says Michelle Obama is worth just $40.Honestly, I don't think she's even worth that much.
“I swear by Allah, O you who feign to be knowledgeable and shout with falsehood in every gathering, surely the slave markets will be established against the will of the politically correct,” writes Sumayyah Al-Muhajirah in defense of the terror group’s slave trade. “And who knows, maybe Michelle Obama’s price won’t even exceed a third of a dīnār, and a third of a dīnār is too much for her!” (A single golden dinar = $139 U.S. Dollars.)

In the second attack, a Jewish man was killed and two police officers wounded near the city's main synagogue.
Police say video surveillance suggested the same man carried out both attacks. They do not believe any other people were involved.
"We assume that it's the same culprit behind both incidents, and we also assume that the culprit that was shot by the police task force... is the person behind both of these assassinations," Chief Police Inspector Torben Molgaard Jensen told a news conference.
He said police would maintain a high presence in the city.
The BBC's Malcolm Brabant in Copenhagen says the city has been on high alert after the shootings.
Early on Sunday, police said they had been keeping an address under observation in the district of Norrebro, waiting for the occupant to return.
When he appeared, he noticed the officers, pulled out a gun and opened fire, police said. They returned fire and shot him dead. The incident happened near Norrebro train station.
Norrebro is a predominantly immigrant district of Copenhagen, about three miles (5km) away from the synagogue where the shooting took place just hours earlier. The Jewish man was a security guard standing outside a Bat Mitzva at the synagogue. Here are more details on the victims of the synagogue attack.
A man was shot in the head, and was later confirmed to have died. Two police officers were wounded. It was later reported that the victim, a Jewish community member in his 30s, was guarding outside a bat mitzva celebration at the synagogue, according to Denmark's BT newspaper. It was reported that 80 people were attending the celebration at the time.As in the Paris attacks, an anti-Islamist cartoonist was targeted and a Jewish target was hit a short time later. The synagogue was right to request police protection. Jews should take heed.
Dan Rosenberg Asmussen, Copenhagen Jewish community leader, said that following the earlier attack, he had requested police presence at the synagogue, but police did not follow through.
“We had contacted the police after the shooting at Café Krudttønden to have them present at the bat-mitzva, but unfortunately this happened anyway," Asmussen told Denmark's TV 2 News, as reported in The Guardian. “I dare not think about what would have happened if (the killer) had access to the congregation."

A shooting at a free speech debate in the Danish capital, Copenhagen, is being treated as "a terrorist attack", the Danish prime minister says.
Helle Thorning-Schmidt said the attack was "politically motivated" and that the country was on a high state of alert.
A manhunt is underway for a suspect who targeted the event at the Krudttoennen cafe in the Oesterbro district of the city. One person is dead in the terror attack. Three police officers were injured.
Denmark is on high alert after a gunman in Copenhagen killed one person and injured three others at a debate on blasphemy and free speech attended by a controversial Swedish cartoonist.
Several dozen shots were fired at the seminar and a manhunt is now under way.
Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt described it as a "politically motivated" act of terrorism.
Cartoonist Lars Vilks, who has faced death threats over his caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad, was unhurt.
...
An audio recording, obtained exclusively by the BBC, revealed the moments leading up to the attack.
One of the speakers at the debate, which took place at a cafe and concerned the limits of free speech, is suddenly interrupted by a barrage of gunshots.
Eyewitness Niels Ivar Larsen, speaking to the Associated Press news agency, said: "I heard someone firing with an automatic weapon and someone shouting.
"Police returned fire and I hid behind the bar."
The French ambassador, Francois Zimeray, was also present during the attack.
Shortly after the shooting, a message appeared on his Twitter feed saying he was still alive.Maybe Thorning-Schmidt could teach Obama how to say the "t" word.

Obama, who will be the first U.S. president to be the chief guest at the Republic Day parade, will be accompanied by his wife Michelle Obama and a team of senior officials in his administration.
On the first day of his visit, the American president and Prime Minister Narendra Modi are to hold talks on the entire gamut of bilateral ties and discuss ways to enhance ties in defense and nuclear energy. The two sides have already decided to renew a new defense pact for 10 years and to start joint development and production of military hardware.
Obama’s visit, his second to India, is also expected to give a fillip to the seven-year-old civil nuclear deal, stalled over tough provisions in the Civil Nuclear Liability Act here.
During the September meeting between Obama and Modi, the two leaders decided to set up a high-level Contact Group on civil nuclear cooperation. The group has held two rounds of detailed discussions on a range of implementation issues, including administrative, liability, technical and licensing to facilitate the establishment of U.S.-designed nuclear power plants in India.
...
After their meeting, Modi and Obama will make press statements. The U.S. president will also attend the banquet in his honor by President Pranab Mukherjee at Rashtrapati Bhawan, according to information available here.
On the second day of his visit, Obama will attend the Republic Day parade and later, along with Modi, take part in a CEO roundtable. On the final day of the visit, Obama is expected to address a town hall. However, the time and place have not been finalized.
An advance U.S. team is scheduled to be here this week to finalize security and protocol issues with its Indian counterparts.
Before his departure from India, the president and the First Lady are to visit the Taj Mahal, the monument to love in Agra. Obama's wife Michelle accompanied the U.S. president during their four-day trip in 2010 but the couple could not travel to Agra,

The U.S. is now using unmanned drones in the search for hundreds of Nigerian schoolgirls kidnapped by the Islamist group Boko Haram, the White House said Wednesday.
The deployment of drones comes in addition to manned surveillance flights and satellite imagery being offered to the Nigerian government in the search for the girls. The U.S. has also sent an interdisciplinary crisis team with officials from the Pentagon, State Department and FBI to consult with Nigerian authorities. And when and if they find the girls, what will they do? Send in the Marines to get them? Most definitely not.
White House press secretary Jay Carney, though, said the drones being used in the search were not armed, and stressed that American military resources and personnel were in Nigeria in an advisory capacity.
“At this point," he said, the administration was "not actively considering the deployment of U.S. forces,” despite calls from some Republicans to use special forces to rescue the missing girls.

On Monday, international media was abuzz after the publication of a video showing many of the captive girls dressed in Muslim garb (pictured) and reciting passages from the Koran. In the video, Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau says the girls will be held and continued to be forcibly converted to Islam until jailed members of his group are freed by the Nigerian government.
The government of Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan rejected the demand, and turned to the international community for assistance. Israel was quick to answer the call.

Members of a Nigerian delegation currently in Israel told Channel 2 News that their government had accepted the offer of Israeli aid, and confirmed that Israeli counter-terrorism experts were already en route to the West African nation.
An Israeli military official who just returned from Nigeria told popular Internet news site Buzzfeed that “in the wake of this crisis, Israel increased its assistance and we have been providing support in any manner possible. We have been involved on this from the beginning.”
It was reported that at present, Israeli forces are helping to gather intelligence and guide Nigerian forces on how to best tackle the Boko Haram threat. Some Israeli radio commentators also suggested that Israeli special forces could be taking part in reconnaissance and combat operations.Meanwhile, Barack and Michelle Obama have described the kidnappings as awful, and have described themselves as outraged and heartbroken. Maybe it's time for America to get a real President?

Secondly, Charlie seems unaware of what's going on in schools around the world. In that post about Boko Haram from last year, I also wrote this:
Up north, in the crucible of liberal social democracy, City Hall in Copenhagen held hearings earlier this year about the bullying of Jews in heavily Muslim public schools. Seventeen-year-old Moran Jacob testified:
'In eighth grade, his teacher told him to say that he was Palestinian and that his mother was Russian. "I had to lie about who I was," he recalls. But it didn't work. They knew. Eventually, a group of his classmates ganged up on him and stabbed him in the leg. "You can't go here anymore," his teacher said. "I have scars," he told the hearing. "Not on my body, but on my soul . . ."
'"Jews have learned to keep a low profile," Max Mayer, president of the Danish Zionist Federation, told the hearing. "To not exist in the city…" And they teach their sons to do the same: wear the skullcap at school, but take it off when you leave. This, Mayer said, has become standard practice for Danish Jews: "Don't see us, don't notice us."'
This is liberal, multicultural Europe in the 21st century. As part of his thanks for raising the subject, young Moran Jacob was subsequently set upon by "Arabic kids" on Strøget, the main pedestrian street in Copenhagen, and forced to move away from the neighborhood in which he's lived all his life. He's now considering leaving Denmark...
Listen to how cowed the school principals sound in the Copenhagen story and then figure the chances of anyone addressing the issue honestly. Boko haram, indeed. To the people who drove that Jewish boy out of his school, arguing that the Holocaust never happened is not a dazzling virtuoso display of Oxbridge-level intellectual gymnastics but just business as usual.
...
The California schools superintendent who wanted his Eighth Graders to turn in essays arguing that the Holocaust didn't happen is called Mohammad Z Islam. That's why they got the assignment, not because they wanted to turn themselves into the Oxford Union. As Laura Rosen Cohen pointed out, there are all kinds of lively topics Mr Cooke might propose for our schools: Did Mohammed exist? What's the deal with his nine-year-old bride? But in the real world even mild questioning of whether Islam is a "religion of peace" is beyond the pale, and across the Continent the Holocaust is disappearing from school curricula.
That's the problem. There's no point winning an Oxford debate if the other side win everything else.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani came in for criticism from opponents on Tuesday for a "lavish ball" thrown by his wife, Sahebeh Arabi.
The "ball" was held on Sunday on Women's Day, which in Iran is set to the birthday of Mohammed's daughter Fatima. It was held in a palace of the deposed Mohammad Reza Shah in upscale northern Tehran, reports Reuters.
The supposedly lavish festivities were slammed by conservative members of Iran's parliament, at least 11 of whom have signed a petition condemning Rouhani over the party.
"Can one preach austerity and financial sacrifice and yet throw a lavish party on the public coffers?" remarked one of the irked Iranian parliamentarians, noting on the financial situation caused by world sanctions on Iran's nuclear program.
The "lavish ball" was viewed as particularly hypocritical given that Rouhani's government is expected to announce price hikes on Thursday, in a massive cutback of government subsidies for essential goods. The 'parliamentarians' sound just like the Republican party slamming Mooch's trips abroad... but let's not go there. Rohani's reaction sounds even more like Obama's. Just substitute 'vacation in China' for 'party,' 'event' and 'gathering.'
For his part, Rouhani denied the allegations, saying "it is most shocking and regrettable that even a pure innocent gathering cannot escape an orchestrated chorus of gossip, slander and politically-motivated lies filling the air."
Maybe the Americans should send Mooch to Iran for a couple of weeks. I wonder whether it's on her map. Or maybe we can introduce Rohani to that cute blonde Prime Minister of Denmark. Hmmm."All Islamic proscriptions were observed in this event ... women turned out in traditional folk dress ... only a few little girls capered and rejoiced," the statement added, in an attempt to play down impressions of a lavish foreign-influenced party.

Sources explained that sentiment in the White House heated up after Michelle refused to cancel hear lavish taxpayer-funded trip to China last week. Barack had urged her to cancel it upon advise from aides, as the presidential couple received harsh criticism for their many extravagant vacations over the past five years.Unbelievable....
“This was a blowout of epic proportions – probably the nastiest White House fight they’ve ever had,” the insider told reporters. “They were both screaming at one another.”
Michelle’s China trip put the Obamas over the $150 million mark for vacation expenses.
“But he’s defenseless to stop Michelle because their marriage has collapsed. She’s doing what she wants – and that’s seeing the world on the American taxpayers’ dime,” the source said.
White House personnel said she’s “tacked up a map of the world and put pins on all the places she wants to visit” and that the American people are paying for her “bucket list.”

Speaking to a group of awestruck Chinese citizens, Michelle Obama recounted her years of oppression as a victim of racism and how she survived the American extermination camps.
"There were laws in America that discriminated against people like me because of the color of our skin," said Michelle. A sharp inward gasp was heard as the interpreter finished her comment in Mandarin.
Still haunted by laws that were no longer in effect when she was born, Michelle outlined her plight as she endured racism in Princeton University, and narrowly escaped death at Harvard Law School. Tears were seen streaming down the cheeks of some of the visibly moved Chinese citizens.
Women in her audience especially were deeply touched as the First Lady revealed how she had to live paycheck to paycheck as a hospital administrator with a meager six digit income.
"Sometimes we had to say no to caviar, or no to a really expensive Italian sports car because we just couldn't afford it," Michelle Obama recalled, her voice breaking, as one Chinese woman fainted and another one began sobbing uncontrollably.
However, when Michelle recalled the glorious day when her husband was chosen as the Democrat Party candidate for president - the day when she was proud of her country for the first time in her adult life - triumphant cheers broke out and she received a standing ovation.
