Turkey files a complaint with the International Criminal Court

Turkey has filed a complaint with the International Criminal Court over last May's Mavi Marmara incident.
Attorney Ugur Sevgili said Thursday victims want Israel investigated for torture, inhuman treatment and violations of the Geneva war crimes convention.

The international court receives hundreds of applications every year but opens investigations in few cases.
As far as I am aware, under the doctrine of sovereign immunity, a court cannot get jurisdiction over a government unless that government agrees to it. Even Israel isn't dumb enough to agree to that.

Ya think?

What do you think about an Israeli Prime Minister dumb enough to give the Jordan Valley away to Iran?

I'm not holding my breath waiting for Israel to grow a spine in front of the entire world. And remember, it was Israel's government that appointed the Turkel commission with foreign observers.

And in the face of Turkey's outrageous offensive against Israel, the Jews do nothing.
