'Mr. President, shut up'
So of course President Hussein Obama calls on Israel to '
lower tensions.'
...
Evidently Obama missed the part where Abbas and his party took the opportunity to condemn Israel:
“The Palestinian presidency has always condemned the
killing of civilians on both sides, and condemns today the killing of
worshipers in a house of worship in West Jerusalem,” a statement posted
to the official Palestinian Wafa news agency said.
“It also condemns all acts of violence from whatever source and
demands an end to invasions of Al-Aqsa Mosque, to the provocations of
settlers, and to the incitement of certain Israeli ministers,” the
statement continued.
But Tawfik Tirawi, former chief of the Palestinian General Security
in the West Bank and a member of Fatah’s Central Committee, told a radio
station in Hebron Tuesday morning that the attack was “nothing but a
reaction to the recent crimes of the occupation and the settlers in
occupied Jerusalem and across the nation. The threats of the occupation
against our people and the Palestinian leadership, represented by the
president, will only increase our resolve in safeguarding our rights.”
But let Obama be clear: Israel has to make nice with the people who are trying to destroy it.
Many more
here.
Obama also whined that '
too many 'Palestinians' have died.' Really, Mr. President? How many were murdered by Israeli Jews and how many by other 'Palestinians'?

Breaking: Three 'Palestinian' terrorists stab soldier in Pisgat Zev
Three 'Palestinian' terrorists
stabbed and moderately wounded an IDF soldier in Pisgat Zev on Thursday morning. Although Pisgat Zev is one of the Jewish neighborhoods established in 'east' Jerusalem after the 1967 Six Day War, it has a
substantial Arab
population. This is from the first link.
Three young Arab terrorists carried out a stabbing attacking Thursday
morning, targeting a soldier in Jerusalem's norther neighborhood of
Pisgat Ze'ev.
The soldier was left with moderate stab wounds in his leg, after being attacked on Nativ Hamazalot Street in the capital city.
Magen David Adom (MDA) crews treated the soldier, and evacuated him to the Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital nearby.
Police have opened an investigation to track down the attackers.
Apparently the stabbing was nationalistically motivated, a crime
carrying a heavier penalty.
The terror attack follows on the heels of calls for
renewed terrorism by '
moderate' '
Palestinian' President
Mahmoud Abbas Abu Mazen's 'moderate' Fatah movement.
Let's go to the videotape.
Thanks, Obama-Kerry. You're the best friends we ever had.... /sarc

'Palestinians' criticize Kerry proposals as 'Israeli ideas'
The 'Palestinian' leadership has gone ballistic over the ideas presented by US Secretary of State Kerry, dismissing them as '
Israeli ideas.'
US Secretary of State John Kerry’s proposals are Israeli ideas that
the Palestinian Authority cannot accept, PLO Secretary-General Yasser
Abed Rabbo said on Thursday.
Abed Rabbo said he cannot accept the
proposals mainly because it remains unclear when Israel would pull out
of the West Bank and east Jerusalem.
Kerry’s proposals offer the Palestinians “general and vague”
formulas about the fate of Jerusalem, Abed Rabbo said in a broadcast on
the Voice of Palestine radio station.
The proposals also call for
“slicing” parts of the Jordan Valley and making them part of Israel,
and scrapping the “right of return” for Palestinian refugees, the PLO
official said.
Hanan Ashrawi, a member of the PLO Executive
Committee, denied reports that the PA leadership had agreed to a
gradual Israeli withdrawal over a period of three years.
These reports were untrue and hurt the higher interests of the Palestinians, Ashrawi said.
Tawfik
Tirawi, a top Fatah official and former PA security commander, said
that Kerry’s proposals were completely unacceptable to the
Palestinians.
“We don’t want framework agreements, but a final solution,” Tirawi told reporters in Ramallah.
He criticized Kerry for offering the Palestinians a capital in the villages of Abu Dis and al-Ram, and not in Jerusalem.
Tirawi said that Kerrry’s proposals do not offer a solution to the issue of the refugees.
“This means that we cannot accept these ideas,” he said. “We will pay a heavy price.”
At what point will Kerry figure out that the only thing that's acceptable to the 'Palestinians' is for Israel to dismantle itself?

Abu Mazen's security adviser calls for 'armed resistance'
Former 'Palestinian' intelligence chief Tawfik Tirawai, who is currently '
moderate' '
Palestinian' President
Mahmoud Abbas Abu Mazen's security adviser, has issued a call for '
armed resistance' in light of the fact that the 'Palestinians' are not being offered everything they want in the current 'negotiations.'
"As things stand, we won't
have a Palestinian state in the West Bank and Gaza Strip even 20 years
from now. Therefore, we should consider resuming the path of armed
resistance. Maybe that will bring about change," Tirawi told the
Lebanese news channel Al-Mayadeen.
Tirawi, the PA's former intelligence chief,
stressed that the Palestinian will not agree to the outline currently
promoted by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and warned that both the
Palestinians and Israel should prepare for the security escalation that
is sure to follow.
"All Palestinian factions agree that we must
reject Kerry's plan. We cannot accept any of the principles detailed in
it … We have to work towards an agreement that would include all of the
[Palestinian] factions -- those under the PLO's leadership and those
external to it," he said, referring to Hamas and the Islamic Jihad.
Asked whether resuming violence does not
counter the principles set by Abbas himself following the Second
Intifada, Tirawi noted that the Palestinians "have never forsaken the
path of diplomacy, just like we have never forsaken the path of armed
resistance, which is an inseparable part of how we work."
Fatah, he noted, "does not dismiss any path
that may help us realize the Palestinian vision of having an independent
state with Jerusalem as its capital."
A new violent intifada is probably the inevitable result of the inevitable failure of the current 'negotiations.' But at least John FN Kerry got to spend some time in the limelight.
What could go wrong?

Fatah's true goal remains to reverse 1948
Prominent members of Fatah keep making statements that prove that their intent is not to 'compromise' with Israel and have a state along the indefensible 1949 armistice lines, but rather to reverse the results of the 1948-49 War of Independence by ending the existence of the State of Israel.
I keep pointing out those statements in the hope that each and every person who reads this blog understands the true goal of the 'moderate Palestinians' and that it is no different than the goal of the 'bad' terrorists of Hamas. No 'Palestinian' accepts - or ever will accept - Israel's 'right to exist' and it's long past time for us to begin dealing with the situation accordingly.
Take, for example, Tawfiq Tirawi, who is not just a 'Fatah member' as the headline of
this article calls him, but the former commander of the Palestinian Authority General Intelligence Service in the 'West Bank.' Tirawi is an insider, one of Arafat's and Abbas' boys, and what he says reflects their thinking as well.
[Tirawi] said that the Palestinians have struggled since the Balfour Declaration
and would pursue their struggle "until we achieve our national goals -
the establishment of a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital
and the right of return for Palestinian refugees. We will pass this goal
from one generation to another."
Tirawi, in an interview with the Palestinian London-based Al-Quds
Al-Arabi daily, said: "To those who consider the settlements of Bet El
and Ma'aleh Adomin to be Israeli, we say to them and to all that Haifa,
Jaffa and Acre are Palestinian and will remain Palestinian."
Tirawi said that Fatah's "political program" has not changed since it was established more than four decades ago.
"Fatah
is a movement that was created to liberate Palestine and establish a
Palestinian state," he explained. "But the Palestinian, Arab and
international objective circumstances have changed, leading to a
recession in positive national achievements. Yet in spite of these
circumstances, Fatah will surprise everyone by showing that it remains
committed to the national project."
Asked about efforts to resume
the peace talks between the PA and Israel, Tirawi said that the
"liberation of Palestine and the establishment of a Palestinian state
have their elements - beginning with the armed and popular struggle led
by Fatah for many years and ending with the negotiations [with Israel]."
The Balfour declaration was made in 1917. Fatah was established in 1965, two years before there was an 'occupation' in the 'West Bank.' Clearly, Tirawi doesn't mean to endorse the 'two-state solution' except possibly as a temporary measure on the way to destroying the Jewish state.

Hussein Obama's great accomplishment: 'Palestinians' call US 'enemy # 1'

Just when you thought things could not get any worse in the Arab world for Barack Hussein Obama.... Former 'Palestinian' intelligence chief Tawfik Tirawi told a massive rally in Hebron on Sunday evening that the United States is
'enemy #1' due to its support of 'Israeli oppression.'
The US is the number one enemy of the Palestinians because it supports Israeli "oppression" against the Palestinians, Tawfik Tirawi, a senior member of the Fatah Central Committee, said on Sunday.
Tirawi, former commander of the Palestinian Authority's General Intelligence Force in the West Bank, also said that Fatah has not abandoned the armed struggle option against Israel.
"Fatah hasn't thrown the rifle aside," Tirawi told thousands of university students during a rally in Hebron.
Tirawi's anti-US remarks came only days after Palestinian protesters tossed a shoe at US diplomats who arrived in Ramallah to attend a cultural event.
The Palestinians were protesting against US President Barack Obama's refusal to back the PA's statehood bid at the UN and US threats to cut off financial aid to the PA.
What could go wrong? Spoiled brats....
