the photo was taken in 2009 and this is not Ambassador Stevens. Note the date on the report, long before Ambassador Steven's death. Last photo on the report is the photo above.

What report? Can you back up the fact that it has been on the internet since 2009? I've read that elsewhere, but I'd like to be able to back it up, really sick of how some people are politicizing this whole thing and claiming this photo is of Stevens when there is no way that can be discerned from looking at it.

Which report? Yopu mean this report? Published 2009....and the photograph - from a different angle has also been published from reports on Argentina war crimes - which actually ceased in 1995
