'Palestinian' civilians being used as human shields in Gaza
I'm going to say at the outset that the picture at the top is a video frame that comes from Operation Cast Lead. I'm trying to find similar photos from the current fighting because both the New York Times and YNet have reported that it's happening again: 'Palestinian' terrorists are using civilians - particularly children - as human shields. This is from YNet. “Civilians who were not taking part in hostilities have been wounded in an Air Force strike on a terrorist cell launching medium-range rockets from a populated area in the northern Gaza Strip,” the IDF Spokesman’s Office said. “This incident demonstrates that terrorist groups in Gaza use human shields and fire rockets from densely populated areas.”What could go wrong?
Earlier Monday, Palestinian sources reported that a strike aimed at a terror cell operating near a school in the northern Gaza Strip resulted in the death of a man and his daughter, who were passing nearby at the time of the attack. Terror cell members escaped injury in the strike, the Palestinians said
The IDF later confirmed the reporting, noting that only after the strike it became clear that Gaza civilians uninvolved in the fighting were hit.

If memory serves me correct, the film frame you used is from prior to Cast Lead.
They're only human shields if you refuse to shoot back.
