Breaking: 'Palestinian' terror factions agree to stop shooting? UPDATED
Israel Radio reports that al-Arabiya has just reported (in Arabic) that the 'Palestinian' terror factions have agreed among themselves to stop launching rockets into southern Israel.A spokesman for Islamic Jihad denies that his group has agreed to stop shooting.
Around this time on Sunday night, there were similar rumors of a cease fire at midnight, but it never came to pass.
The 'Palestinian' terror groups have launched more than 200 rockets at southern Israel over the last four days.
Perhaps this is why some of the factions want to stop the shooting.
UPDATE 11:18 PM
Al-Arabiya is now reporting that Israel and the terror factions have agreed on a cease fire to take effect at midnight.
In the last few minutes, Israel has liquidated two rocket launching squads.

My sense of it is that they're only human shields as long as you refuse to shoot back.
