Breaking: US - Israel missile defense exercise postponed indefinitely due to 'budgetary constraints'
Well, here's a great big Hmmmm.Israel Radio has just reported (2:00 pm) that the massive US - Israel missile defense exercise that was scheduled to take place this spring has been postponed indefinitely due to 'budgetary constraints.'
They did not say whose budgetary constraints.
Hmmm.

Makes you wonder what Obama told Bibi on the phone last week?
I may be wrong, but it sounds like the constraints of Israel, as they see that this exercise will come to no good will. Plus they do not want the US snooping into Israel's affairs at such a close range. Plus this is happening after the alleged phone interactions between PM Netanyahu and huffy puffy President Obama.

Neshama, if I were Israeli, I would be most attentive to the computer IT systems. Because I remember the Patriot set up called for the U.S. to tap into Israel's IT system. So I would make sure to have a parallel system with one of those 3 foot gaps in the equipment that makes sure the parallel system can be isolated from anybody else messing it up or trying to control it. Also, if it is U.S. units who have recently been in Iraq or Kuwait (or Germany, which seems to be the base camp), then Israel is doing a big favor in allowing the U.S. not to have so many troops clumped in Kuwait. Then again, the Obama posse will use those troops in Israel as human shields and bargaining chips (against Israel), e.g., if Israel takes incoming fire for any reason and those troops get hit, Obama will blame Israel/The Jews. I assume this results in ever more hesitation on Israel's side. And watch for Obama's people to pull the troops out at the last second and leave Israel to absorb the incoming rockets, sent because Obama's Weakness (or Advocacy for the other side, not sure which) is Provocative and Warmongering. Many in the U.S. will try to vote these people out in November, so push out to the future, if you can. We'll know then.
