Thirty years since Osirak raid
On both the Jewish and secular (Gregorian) calendars, today marks thirty years since the IAF destroyed Iraq's Osirak nuclear facility. That's a picture of the IAF pilots at the top of this post.You can watch a video interview with the lead pilot in the raid, Zev Raz, here.

The Menachem Begin Heritage Center in Jerusalem opened an exhibit on Monday about the Osirak raid. You can read about that exhibit here. The exhibit will be at the Begin Center for a month and then tour Air Force bases around the country.
