Demographic time bomb defusing: 'Palestinian' birth rate down in Gaza
And this is only what they admit. The Gaza Strip’s Ministry of Interior reported Saturday that 59,154 newborns were registered in 2010 and 3,976 deaths, rates that were both down from the previous year's levels. So much for the demographic time bomb. The obstetrics unit at Gaza's Shifa Hospital was less crowded this past year. Heh.
Director of the ministry’s statistics department, Riyad Az-Zaytouna, said the birthrate decreased by 6,000 compared to 2009 with a less steep decline in the number of deaths.
The official remarked that the number of males registered in Gaza during 2010 went up 2.5 percent higher than the female birthrate.
By the way, I recommend the comments at this post for insights into how the 'Palestinians' see us and we see them.

The article says that births are up 6000 over 2009, not down (actually it says the birth rate AND number of births are both up 6000,which makes no sense, but whatever)
So did they change it?
