It reminds a lot of people of this picture from Beijing's Tiananmen Square in 1989.

I am an Orthodox Jew - some would even call me 'ultra-Orthodox.' Hosni Mubarak is either exercising a great deal of restraint, hoping the protests dissipate of their own accord, or he is losing his grip on power.
The way the Egyptian authorities are conducting themselves is not characteristic of Arab regimes faced with a challenge to their power.
I was thinking of Tiananmen Square, too, when I saw some images from Cairo. You can see my thoughts at:
