Another double standard from Reuters

Reuters puts its double standards on display once again.
Can you find the two separate standards in this passage from Reuters?
Israel insists it is ready for direct talks provided there are no preconditions. The Palestinians are ready provided there is a clear agenda.
If you said the news service uses language to casts doubt on Israel's sincerity ("Israel insists..."), while accepting as fact the Palestinian assertion that they are ready to meet ("Palestinians are ready..."), then you're right.
There's more too. And clearly they have no shame about showing it. Read the whole thing.

Israel's demands are never mentioned in any mass media story on direct talks. The Palestinian demands are always taken for granted. But no agreement based on massive Israeli unilateral concessions will last. It takes two sides to reach an agreement and the Palestinians show no interest in one that meets Israel half-way.

Don't look for direct talks to go anywhere, even if they resume next month.
