Yup. The Stupid Jews don't seem to care much about anti-Semitism. Why they should expect others to care about them is beyond me.

I think rather than denigrate Israel for always coming to the aid of humanitarian assistance we should denigrate those who past and present have propped up countries like Indonesia so a justice minister can out in the open make such salacious remarks.
One of the shinning examples of Judaism is the good we do for the rest of the world...no matter what..no matter how we are despised and hated. Face it, if truth were known, no one deserves anything from Jews slash Israel for how they continue to make us stand on the abyss. Yet we we keep giving. Indeed everything from computer technology to medical technology, to life saving vaccines to medical breakthroughs to discoveries that not only save lives but make lives better.
Then there is the example of Chabad in the outposts of the world in places they are rarely welcomed. Without fault they are there for us and for others.
This is who we are. Again, I don't blame the messengers as much as those who give air to their twisted and evil ideologies. Until lies are shattered and truth comes to light, this is the burden we carry.

Furthermore, like I have always said, go check the numbers. We are outnumbered billions to one. If you think for humanity's sake it is not worth saving a single Jew then life is a complete lie.

Nomatter, it always worth saving the life of every single Jew. The world won't, so Jews have to do it themselves. My point is ignoring the danger doesn't make it any less urgent. To the contrary, because of the widespread and deep-seated nature of Jew hatred today, it is all the more urgent. When the Jews take it seriously, their few friends will be there for them and their enemies will respect them. This is a problem that hasn't and will never go away and Zionism, far from making it disappear, has simply created another outlet for the world to vent its frustrations upon the Jews.
The difference between today and earlier eras is then Jews were at the mercy of others. Today, they control their own fate - and even if they make choices I don't always happen to agree with - its their decision. And that is the biggest revolution in Jewish history in the past two thousand years that is only beginning to be appreciated today.
Its why in spite of everything, the Jewish State continues to inspire and give hope there will be a Jewish future. I believe that is the guarantee there will be one.

I think some Jews don't know what to do about it so they do nothing but this does not mean they don't care. After all NormanF, Jews live in a greater world where they must go to work, raise their children, attend their Shuls, participate in their communities,etc.,etc. At the end of the day the daily list of what a Jew must do to stay alive is not that different then any other human being. But there it ends. You said,"Jews control their own fate." I think this is no more true now then it was hundreds of years ago.
I truly believe the fate of Israel in some respects lies within Israel itself however the long multitude of threats which Israel face require a world a million times bigger to correct. If you think alone Israel can achieve this imagine stepping on a roach thinking you ended that problem only to find a thousand more roaches to step upon.
If G-d forbid Israel would be wiped off the map today it will not be the fault of Jews. The world must bear the responsibility squarely and directly to end Antisemitism and hate. The world can no longer afford to propagate lies and old libels against Jews or their civilization will fold.
Alone, Israel and or Jews can not remove the threat of Iran any more than they can remove the threat which inherently runs through the blood of most humankind.
If at times we have been our own worst enemy, that is the least of the ill winds decade after decade.
