Breaking : Two women with Israeli passports arrested in Beirut Airport

Hezbullah's al-Manar television network is reporting that two women have been arrested at Beirut Airport after they were found to be carrying Israeli passports when they tried to leave Lebanon this evening. The women have apparently been in Lebanon for several days.
Two sisters have been arrested at Beirut International Airport for holding Israeli passports, Hizbullah's Al-Manar television network reported Wednesday night.

According to the report, the two - Josephine Moussa, 67, and her 69-year-old sister Georgette - arrived in Lebanon several days ago, entering using Lebanese passports. They were reportedly arrested when trying to leave the country.

Georgette is said to live in Israel while Josephine is believed to reside in the US and also hold an American passport.

Al Manar also said that Georgette Moussa admitted to voting in Sunday's Lebanese elections in one of the districts of Beirut.

The Foreign Ministry said it was looking into the report.

After an initial investigation, a Lebanese Military Court judge ordered the two to be transferred to the Lebanese Internal Security's intelligence branch.
They sound real dangerous, don't they? Israel Radio reports that they are Christians. JPost reports that Georgette's Israeli passport says that she was born in Jordan.

Hmmm.

You may recall that Lebanon was embarrassed two years ago when Israeli journalists managed to enter the country and report from there using non-Israeli passports. These women sound much more dangerous than Lisa Goldman (pictured).

Heh.

Are they in any way affiliated with ACORN?

Fake Israeli passports? There must be a black market for them in the Middle East. So much for boycotting the "Zionist entity."
