Israeli pilots training on simulators to avoid being shot down by S-300

Israel's Channel 2 television reported on Tuesday night that IAF pilots are training on simulators to avoid being shot down by the S-300 radar (pictured) that Israel has asked Russia not to sell to Iran (link in Hebrew, Hat Tip: Aaron Lerner).

I still believe that ultimately Israel will try to take out the Iranian nuclear capability.

There is no need to endanger human lives to do it. This is beyond stupid. All an Israeli sub in the Arabian Sea has to do is launch a low megaton nuclear warhead missile and explode it as an EMP weapon at low altitude over Iran. It will destroy both Iran's nuclear program and the country's ability to retaliate against Israel. This may sound extreme but if it can done without putting a single pilot in harm's way, this is what Israel must do to stop Iran.

Norman, there is bound to be a lot of disinformation circulating right now. It's to Israel's advantage to have the mullahs reading the same stuff you and I are reading and scrambling around like chickens with their heads cut off expending resources to defend against a plethora of military possibilities.

FinanceDoc,

One corollary of your lemma is that it too must be (dis)information.

I like it.

Now how about some Joos Noos along the lines that ...

Israel does/does not rule out the use of nuclear/non-nuclear ... etc

or (coup de grace):

Officials deny that any disinformation is circulating right now.

Readers (I'm sure) can devise more of the same. No prizes for the funniest - or the least expected.
