Breaking: IDF patrol enters southern Lebanon?

Lebanese media is reporting that an IDF patrol entered the southern Lebanese town of Blida this morning.
An Israeli army patrol on Thursday crossed into southern Lebanese territory, the state-run National News Agency said.

It said a 15-member patrol crossed the electronic fence into the border town of Blida and searched the area for more than 50 minutes before pulling out at around 10:00 am.
Now Lebanon reports that the patrol did not actually cross the border.
Fifteen Israeli soldiers crossed the barbed-wire fence around the town of Blida in South Lebanon at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday without violating the Blue Line, according to a NOW Lebanon correspondent.

The soldiers searched the area and retreated by 10:00 a.m.

The Lebanese army and Spanish UNIFIL troops also went on alert in the South, as Israeli warplanes conducted flights over Marjayoun.
There's a map of the blue line border at the top of this post - click on it to enlarge it.

I have not heard or seen any reports of this incident in Israeli media as of this writing.

I would not be surprised though if a search had been conducted. Its an admission by Kadima-Labor that the the UN resolution did not really resolve anything with Lebanon.

Oh yes let's recall the brains behind that agreement - Tzipi Livni.

Its a quiet - on paper only.
