And you thought you had moonbats

Meretz Party MK Zehava Gal-On is suddenly worried that Israel is in Lebanon to serve the United States' bidding and not for our own sakes. Whom is she kidding!
MK Zahava Gal-On (Meretz) said following the United States' objection to ceasefire in Lebanon that "The government of Israel needs to fulfill the Israeli interest, and not the American interest. We must not turn the IDF soldiers into Bush's cannon fodder."
Has the US taken away her citizenship yet? Yes, she's a US citizen. Twenty-five years ago, when Rabbi Meir Kahane HY"D was sworn in as a member of the Knesset, the United States took away his citizenship for "swearing loyalty to a foreign country." (That was the excuse - the real reason was to keep him from coming to the US to raise money for his Kach party). Maybe it's time the US did the same with Gal-On?

. . . and here in the U.S. the moonbats and Jew-haters are complaining that our government is owned and operated by the dreaded "zionist lobby".

The USA can't take away someone's citizenship. The person must voluntarily renounce it. When R Kahane was elected, the Knesset decided to make all members with foreign citizenships send renunciation letters to their respective embassies; there were more than half a dozen such members, including R Eliezer Waldman.

Since R Kahane was excluded from the election process, I don't know whether the Knesset has continued enforcing this requirement. If it has, then I assume Gal-On has complied.
