One of three killed in Kalandia at 7:00 am Monday was UNRWA employee
Chris Gunness said that the employee, who he did not identify by name, was shot dead by Israeli forces and killed instantly in an operation in Qalandia refugee camp at about 7 a.m.
He cited reports that the 34-year-old father of four was on his way to work and not involved in violent activity.
“UNRWA condemns the killing of its staff member and calls on all sides, at this delicate time, to exercise maximum restraint and to act in accordance with obligations under international law,” Gunness said.Big deal. Many UNRWA employees are terrorists. The fact (assuming that it is true) that an UNRWA employee was killed in Kalandia on Monday probably just means that one of the terrorists worked for UNRWA. Hardly surprising.
Also, note the time that Gunness gave for the incident: 7:00 am. That convinces me that my last post was correct. You don't really think that Livni and Saeb got together at 6:00, do you?
