Report: 'Palestinians' raised flag over Moshav Elazarraised their flag outside of Moshav Elazar, a small Jewish village in the Gush Etzion area. However, as you can see from the picture above, all they did was walk along the road next to the village's entrance holding flags.
Activists raised Palestinian flags at the entrance to a Bethlehem-area settlement on Friday, at a protest in solidarity with Palestinians jailed in Israel. One of these days there's going to be a serious incident from these 'protests.' One has to wonder whether the IDF has the manpower deployed to stop them sooner.
Activists gathered at the Elazer settlement, south of Bethlehem, chanting "Free the prisoners," local committee activist Muhammad Braijieh said.
Israeli troops intervened in the protest and a fistfight erupted, he said. An Israeli military spokeswoman said around 30 Palestinians blocked the entrance to Elazer and forces asked them to leave, but she was not aware of any physical confrontations.
After the protest, activists blocked the bypass road in front of the settlement.
Shabbat Shalom everyone.
