New York City Councilman David G. Greenfield makes remarks on the floor
of the council moments after Pro-Palestine activists protested the
commemoration of 1.1 million people killed in Auschwitz. Greenfield is
the grandson of holocaust survivors.

Video: Pro-Israel marine attacked by pro-'Palestinian' protesters in Washington DC
On August 1, a national march for Gaza took place in front of the White
House. A pro-Israeli counter-protester (U.S. Marine and Iraq War veteran
Manny Vega) was standing on 16th and H Streets with Israeli and
American flags. Vega was approached by an Arab who began engaging in a
very productive conversation with him. However, as more pro-Palestinian
protesters marched by them, some engaged in violent acts against him.

kicked, and even spat on.

Report: 'Palestinians' raised flag over Moshav Elazar
The 'Palestinian' Maan news agency is reporting that 'Palestinians'
raised their flag outside of Moshav Elazar, a small Jewish village in the Gush Etzion area. However, as you can see from the picture above, all they did was walk along the road next to the village's entrance holding flags.
Activists raised Palestinian flags at the entrance to a Bethlehem-area
settlement on Friday, at a protest in solidarity with Palestinians
jailed in Israel.
Activists gathered at the Elazer settlement,
south of Bethlehem, chanting "Free the prisoners," local committee
activist Muhammad Braijieh said.

Israeli troops intervened in the protest and a fistfight erupted, he
said. An Israeli military spokeswoman said around 30 Palestinians
blocked the entrance to Elazer and forces asked them to leave, but she
was not aware of any physical confrontations.
After the protest, activists blocked the bypass road in front of the settlement.
One of these days there's going to be a serious incident from these 'protests.' One has to wonder whether the IDF has the manpower deployed to stop them sooner.

Pro-Israel activist gets bitten
A pro-Israel activist at London's School of Oriental and African Studies was
bitten on his cheek on Sunday by a pro-'Palestinian' protester at the school.
But suddenly, Mr Coren said, the atmosphere turned hostile. "About
four or five people were standing around Gili, Ro'i Goldman, and the fourth
member of our group, Dean Gold. One man began to say some extremely unpleasant things about Jews. He said that the best thing the Jews had ever done was to go into the gas chambers. Dean asked if he could film him. The man said yes, adding that 'these things should be heard.'"
Another man then came forward and told the abusive man that he did not have to be filmed or interviewed. Despite the abusive man agreeing to be filmed, Mr Coren said, the second man, who was "big and burly and of Middle East appearance," allegedly launched himself at Dean, grabbing at his camera, punching him and then biting him on the cheek."
"There was a struggle and the university security guards came out. A number of other people then began to say we shouldn't be there. The president of the union came out and said we had made our point. A policeman strongly advised us to leave."
Ro'i Goldman, who plans to study in the UK next year, said he was very shocked by the experience. But Tony Coren said he was not shocked, but was angry that the university authorities had indicated that by their very presence, the Stand With Us
protesters had possibly provoked the attack.
