I have good news for you: Israelis vs. Palestinians is NOT a zero-sum game. I have seen Israelis and Palestinians working together very amicably and peacefully towards establishing a peaceful end to the Arab-Israeli Conflict in which all peoples from the Jordan to the Mediterranean have equal rights and can live respectfully in peace side by side.
