US identifies fronts for Iranian companies, ships and banks

The United States has announced that it has uncovered dozens of fronts for companies, ships and banks that are helping Iran to evade sanctions (the ship at the top of this post has nothing to do with the story as far as I know).
The US Treasury identified Noor Energy, Petro Suisse, Petro Energy and Hong Kong Intertrade as front companies for the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) and other blacklisted Iranian entities. Treasury also, for the first time, identified the National Iranian Tanker Company (NITC) as a government-controlled entity and its fleet and various front companies as belonging to NITC.

Treasury said the identifications would help companies comply with Western penalties against Iran and undermine its attempts to use the front companies or renamed vessels to evade sanctions.

...

The US sanctions have limited Iran's major trading partners from buying Iranian crude.
Except for Turkey, which has actually increased its purchases.

Looks like there is a deadly chess game going on inside the U.S. govt, with some people trying to block Iran & Co. and the Obama Team cheerleading and running ops for Iran, the Muslim Bros,, al Shabaab, etc. We've got to vote out the Obama Team, and the Dems in general, who have been cheating and stealing all the way down to the local level.
