I am an Orthodox Jew - some would even call me 'ultra-Orthodox.' Born in Boston, I was a corporate and securities attorney in New York City for seven years before making aliya to Israel in 1991 (I don't look it but I really am that old :-). I have been happily married to the same woman for thirty-five years, and we have eight children (bli ayin hara) ranging in age from 13 to 33 years and nine grandchildren. Oh wow. Read the comments below the video over on the youtube link. One commenter is VERY bummed out that Omar Barghouti listed the Holocaust on the violence list. Because the commenter wants to have a list that would include "white Jews" on the bad list. Bwahaha! The liberation theology people can't get their list straight, so they'll just have to kill everybody.
BTW, has Tel Aviv University released any statement on this, since they educated this guy? I'm removing Tel Aviv University from my list of potentials for my kids' grad school, if they let this stand without saying he is not right about this. I've also eliminated UC San Diego, UC Irvine... lots, who have made their enterprises into hostile environments for Jewish students. Let them all stand together and the rest of us unhip people can go do something else.
