Turkey opposes outside intervention in Syria

Turkey is having trouble deciding which side they're on in Syria. On the one hand, they have condemned Assad's slaughter of civilians and fear being overwhelmed with refugees. On the other hand....
The presidents of Turkey and Tunisia say they are opposed to outside military intervention in Syria, urging a diplomatic settlement to the bloodshed instead.

Turkish President Abdullah Gul says regional powers should try and find a solution for the crisis.
Which regional powers do they have in mind? Turkey and Iran? That would be interesting....
