This is a fake.
They use terms commonly associated with anti-semitic and arab propaganda. If anything, this is a hard core skin-head hacker trying to instill fear.
Regardless of that analysis, better security and security practices are always a good idea. The best security practice is a good backup. Second best is security in layers or depth. Don't be an easy target, and make sure you can, if you need to, reload your machines at a moments notice. Don't, ever, give out your user id and passwords to anyone. Make sure you use multi-factor security for logins.
There is a fad in security regarding long and complex passwords. These don't actually help, as they encourage people to write down the passwords. By this same token, some people leave their passwords as the default. Never do that.
Don't, EVER, type your username and password on a public terminal. Have a fake account created for you, with very limited privileges.
Don't allow systems on the network without a very restrictive/paranoid firewall and filter.
There are many other points I could cover. This message may be a fake, but the enemy is actively attempting to subvert you. Act like you need to maintain security and depth of defense, and you should be fine.
Report any intrusions or attempts at intrusions to the relevant people in the defense organizations.
