And by the way, what did "from Israel's perspective" mean at the 2:45 mark?

OMG! His face was a mask of fury! There are so many things! First, obama called Bibi, "Prime Minister Nnyahu", as if he could not bear even to say his name - or as if Bibi was some African leader! At the end, when Obama was saying he welcomed Bibi, Obama was looking at the floor, and did everything in his power to not look at Bibi. This clearly made Netanyahu feel - I could feel it too!- really uncomfortable at being faced with such an antagonistic hateful liar and hypocrite. After that I could not finish watching as Obongo was really making Bibi's work impossible.
Look at Bibi's face. He looks like the cat who swallowed the canary.
President Obama sure doesn't make eye contact. When he turns his face toward PM Netanyahu, he seems to look down at the arm of the chair.
I loved Obama's reaction when PM Netanyahu said "you are us and we are you" I laughed out loud. He couldn't even muster up a reflective smile. It was pure hate. Please, Obama, do not have out back. We do not want a knife in it!
You have to admire PM Netanyahu statesmanship to sit trough this, even without sound it's pretty obvious what Obama feel towards Bibi.

I think Bibi should react and not pretend it's all nice with Obama. You can cut the hatred with a knife.
