Anti-Semite speaking at three California state university campuses at taxpayer expense

An anti-Semitic speaker is being featured at three California state university campuses - Fresno State, Cal. Poly San Luis Obispo and Cal. State Northridge - at taxpayer expense (Hat Tip: Amcha Initiative via Twitter).

Let's go to the videotape.

What - no Berkeley and no Irvine? I'm shocked....

I don't see a problem with this. They can invite who they want and talk about what they want.

The problem twofold. There is an atmosphere of violence and hatred against Jewish students and their supporters.

It being paid for and officially sponsored by the University. This is against the law California Education Code (89005.5), and California State University's Policies.

This event also fits into the U.S. State Department's working definition of Anti-Semitism.

Lastly cases have been filed against the UC System(the other California public university) system) for violations of the 1964 Civil Rights act for similar events and conduct.
