Good news: Hamas and Fatah to restart unity talks

Hamas and Fatah will resume their unity talks in Cairo later this month, with Fatah's insistence on Salam Fayyad remaining Prime Minister still the most contentious item on the agenda.
The decision to resume the efforts to implement the reconciliation accord was taken following a phone conversation between Fatah’s Azzam al-Ahmed and Musa Abu Marzouk, deputy head of the Hamas “political bureau” in Syria.
How foolish will all those countries who vote for the unilateral declaration of a 'Palestinian state' look on the morning after when Hamas and Fatah announce that they are joining forces? Despite the fact that many of them won't be bothered by it, Hamas is still classified as a terror organization in the US and the EU.
