Israel traded more than 400 terrorists for this man

Do you recognize him? Over 400 terrorists were sent to Lebanon to secure his release after he had traveled to Lebanon to close a drug deal. Once he gained immunity from prosecution, it turned out that he was even more of a philanderer and a drug dealer than we knew previously. Now, he has his second chance. He's driving a taxi in the Tel Aviv area - until he finishes law school and starts his staj (apprenticeship), which is a prerequisite for obtaining a license to practice law. As of April 2007, at least 35 Israelis had paid with their lives for his second chance at life. Fair trade?

For those of you who speak Hebrew, there's a video with an interview with this taxi driver (and several other odd taxi drivers) here. Unfortunately, the video does not discuss the issue I just raised. It's about interesting taxi drivers.
