Hamas claims to have thwarted an Israeli attempt to locate Gilad Shalit

Hamas claims that it thwarted an Israeli attempt to locate Gilad Shalit.
Sources in Hamas said they had thwarted an Israeli attempt to discover the location of abducted soldier Gilad Shalit by placing a mole in the military wing of the organization, according to the Egyptian newspaper al-Ahram.

According to the report, the man in question enjoys the trust of senior Hamas members and was responsible for the supply of communications equipment for three years. They said he had planted signaling devices on the equipment to assist in locating Shalit. It was also reported that when he was discovered, Israel moved quickly to get him out of the Gaza Strip.
I don't buy this.

Israel has known all along where Shalit is, but it does not attempt to rescue him out of fear of creating another Nachshon Wachsman.

The Stupid Jews would rather keep Gilad Shalit in a form of living death than giving him his freedom in death.

Now that's compassion for a captive in the hands of a cruel enemy!

What could gob wrong indeed
