Prime Minister Netanyahu is said to be 'furious' with the 'Palestinians' for conducting negotiations by making threats through the media. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has landed in Sharm el-Sheikh ahead of the second round of peace talks and has stressed he is "furious at Palestinian statements about ending negotiations."Good luck with that.
Netanyahu said he intends to demand Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to "hold negotiations discretely sans inflammatory statements as agreed upon in Washington."

This is good. Pretext for discontinuation. If Abbas isn't serious, and we all know he isn't, disengage until a 'palis' emerges who is serious. If he is serious, then engage.
You win either way, as long as you disengage when the other side is more interested in playing games than getting a job done. Which we all know, thats exactly what they are doing.
