Not a slam dunk
It turns out that the resumption of direct talks between Israel and the 'Palestinians' is not a slam dunk. Israel Radio reports at 1:00 pm that the 'Palestinians' are waiting to see the text of their invitation (presumably from the quartet), while our own government says that it is waiting to see the text of an invitation to be delivered by the United States.Has anyone discussed the shape of the table yet?

Ahhh yes... the language of the invitation. If its something neither side can live with, expect the argument to continue. If they can accept it, then they'll argue over where to sit at the table.
Don't hold your breath waiting for direct talks to happen any time soon!
