60% of likely US voters see Israel as an ally
Well, here's some good news.A national survey of 1,000 likely voters conducted August 9-10 asked: “Generally speaking, is Israel an ally of the U.S., an enemy of the U.S. or somewhere in-between?”I'd love to see a comparison between Israel and other countries on that question.
Responses: 60% ally, 4% enemy, 31% somewhere in between, 6% not sure.
There's a second question to that survey and unfortunately it shows a fear of what President Obama may yet try to do to Israel.
2* A year from now will America’s relationship with Israel be better than it is today, worse than it is today or about the same?Ouch. That's an awfully high percentage of "worse" and it shows a lack of trust for Obama among Israel's supporters.
