US threatening to cut foreign aid to Jordan?
Arab media is reporting that the United States has threatened to cut foreign aid to Jordan. According to media reports in the Arab world on Monday, the United States has threatened to cut financial aid to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan following disagreements over the Kingdom's nuclear program.I find it hard to believe that Obama is capable of threatening any country other than Israel and similar small former allies. Besides, can you see Obama threatening a Muslim country even if he could threaten someone else? I can't.
Last month, the Hashemite King Abdullah, largely viewed as an American puppet in the region, accused Israel of endangering his country's nuclear program.

Why not?
Jordan is a weak country that relays on America, and it is just asking to be bullied. This fits the pattern.
