Video: 'Palestinian' inspectors look for 'settlement products'

Here's a report from CNN on the 'Palestinian' boycott of 'settlement products.'

Let's go to the videotape. More after the video.

Note how at the end, Kevin Flower makes the comment that the 'Palestinians' are trying to motivate their 'people' "to buy more of their own locally produced goods and services." That's nonsense. This is not like a "buy American" campaign. If the 'Palestinians' could, they would boycott Israeli products altogether, but they cannot because there are many Israeli products that they cannot get - or cannot get of the same quality - elsewhere. This isn't about 'buying Palestinian' because there's no 'Palestinian' to buy. This is about trying to hurt Israel economically.

And for those of you who continue to accept the 'poor Palestinian' meme, go back and look at that Ramallah grocery store. It looks as nice as many stores in the West, doesn't it? Isn't it amazing what several billion dollars in 'aid money' will do?

More to the point, they will do more damage to themselves than they will ever inflict upon Israel. After 62 years of a failed Arab boycott against Israel, you'd think they would learn.

But in the Arab mind, nothing succeeds quite like failure - doing the same thing over again with the same predictable result.

I am boycotting clothing from Turkey, nuts and dried fruit from Iran, spices from Pakistan - in fact anything from a muslim country.

and I am buying whatever I can find from Israel and Arizona.
