He's gaffetastic
The fact that the Vice President of the United States said this is disgraceful, but unfortunately unsurprising in this administration. Here's Joltin' Joe Biden telling us what city he thinks should be the capital of the free world.Let's go to the videotape (Hat Tip: The Corner).

Unfortunately, I don't think this one is really just a gaffe. This one reflects the Obama administration's world view in which there is no such thing as American exceptionalism.
