Obama not briefed on US nuclear defense plans for 'some months' after taking office
Apparently he decided that the plans were 'insane' and therefore he decided not to review them.What would be insane would be to rely on Obama to protect the US or any of its allies against an attack (conventional or non-conventional) by anyone.

Maybe he was busy playing golf or something.
