Why I don't recommend that you buy from Whole Foods
A number of right-wing bloggers in the US have been calling on their readers to buy from Whole Foods, the gourmet grocery that's being boycotted by the Left because its chief executive officer, John Mackey, wrote a Wall Street Journal article in which he blasted President Obama's healthcare plan, which is known as Obamacare. Typical of those bloggers is Michelle Malkin, with whom I rarely find myself disagreeing.But this time, I am going to disagree with Michelle and many other bloggers on the right. Because Mr. Mackey is just getting the comeuppance he deserves. You see, Mr. Mackey has another love: The 'Palestinians.' Debbie Schlussel explains.
A story I broke on this site documents how Whole Foods refuses to carry Israeli olive oil. I documented how the store has, instead, chosen to carry, vigorously promote, and subsidize Palestinian olive oil made by extremists who support Islamic terrorism. The olive oil, Canaan Fair Trade olive oil, sends its profits to fund scholarships at An-Najah University (and even worse “schools”), where the majority of the student body is in HAMAS and recruits for HAMAS, and where official school displays glorify the homicide bombing of innocent civilians at Sbarro pizzeria in Jerusalem, and mock its blown-up victims.Read the whole thing (there's a video there too). Canaan Fair Trade also subsidizes the anti-Israel, anti-American Rachel Corrie Foundation, honoring a pan-Islamist whore who committed suicide (standing in front of a bulldozer) for her Palestinian buddies, after she took photos of herself smilingly burning the American flag for her Palestinian friends.And Whole Foods isn’t just selling their stuff, it’s gone out of its way to send out press releases and talking points supporting this business of terror-shills in a way it never does for any other product or company. That’s because Whole Foods has made the deceptively-named Canaan Fair Trade outfit a special project for promotion. Why?

Then, there is Whole Foods’ sponsorship of anti-Israel, anti-Semitic “Radio “Intifada” programming on a West Coast radio station, KPFK. After repeated requests by many, Whole Foods refuses to drop its sponsorship and donations to this programming, despite the fact that rival Trader Joe has ceased its relationship. Some of “Radio Intifada’s” and KPFK’s fundraising materials specifically attack Jews. But that didn’t stop Whole Foods from donating to them. Learn more about this at Join The Boycott (scroll down).

I know that you don't like the security barrier, but this is complete and utter hypocrisy. Imagine had we named ours the 'peace wall' as well. This is really a case of Europeans telling us "Do as we say, not as we do"
I've bought from Joe Trader's in the past. They stock a lot of products from Israel and their prices are more than fair, Recommended to those looking for the organic food experience.

I have two things against our 'security barrier.' One is that it doesn't provide security. The second is that no matter how many times successive governments say it isn't so, it is clear to all Israelis that the government's intent is only to maintain control over the land within the barrier.
Having said that, I don't believe Israel deserves the lambasting it has gotten in the media and the Hague for the 'security fence.' Many other countries have them - including the US and 'our friends the Saudis.'
I do agree with Carl's comments and I would like to note the real reason the world is opposed to the security fence is because it doesn't like the Arabs kept from murdering Jews. This is the same world that has no problem building a fence in Lebanon to protect the Lebanese from an Israeli cow invasion!
