Video: IAF back in action against Hamas weapons facilities

This is aerial footage from the Israel Air Force of strikes against Hamas smuggling tunnels and weapon manufacturing factories in the Gaza Strip on Friday, February 13, 2009. The air strikes are in response to continued Hamas rocket fire into Israel. More than 40 rockets and mortars have been launched against Israel since the 'truce' began on the 18th of January.

As the sole authority in the Gaza Strip, Hamas bears full responsibility for all terror activities originating within its area of control.

Let's go to the videotape.

There's been talk of a truce but that's gone nowhere because Hamas has stiffened its demands and figured it has lots to gain from rejecting Israel now that the country has elected a government less accommodating from the Hamas viewpoint.

They're not only violating the ceasefire, they're refusing to release Gilad Shalit at all. Despite the devastation inflicted upon them, the Hamas rulers' seem not to have learned a love of death leads nowhere.

Perhaps they need another refresher lesson.
