And what airport does he think he will use to get there?

Al-Reuters reports that 'Palestinian negotiators' were stopped at an Israeli road block today on their way to Jerusalem.
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas's negotiators said they were stopped at an Israeli checkpoint, prompting them to call off talks on Sunday ahead of the Annapolis peace conference.

Palestinian officials said chief negotiator Ahmed Qurei and other members of the negotiating team were delayed by Israeli soldiers near Jerusalem while on their way to meet their Israeli counterparts to try to draft a joint statement ahead the summit. "We cannot carry out negotiations like this," Qurei said. An aide said Qurei informed Israel that he wanted to move the talks to another country. Israeli officials had no immediate comment.
Given that Arafat triumphantly entered the Gaza Strip in 1994 sitting on a wanted terrorist in his car, with three more of them in the trunk, what justification could there possibly be for not stopping the 'negotiators' and searching their car?

Update 8:35 PM

Foreign Minister Tzipi Feigele Livni has apologized to Ahmed Qurei Abu Ala because the IDF treated him as a 'Palestinian.'
Foreign Affairs Minister Tzipi Livni spoke with Palestinian negotiator Ahmed Qureia on Sunday evening and apologized for the treatment he and his team received at an Israeli checkpoint earlier in the day. The Palestinian team was prevented from reaching Jerusalem for a meeting with Israeli officials ahead of the upcoming peace summit.

Officials in Jerusalem expressed their regret for the incident and said the military has been ordered to investigate the chain of events.
Damned dhimmis.
