Israeli who was trampled at Amona to be compensated

Yehuda Etzion of Ofra, an Israeli who was trampled by a police horse at Amona without provocation, is to be compensated NIS 23,000 ($5274) for his damages according to a ruling by the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court. For those who have forgotten, you may wish to view a video of what happened at 'Amona' which is linked here.
In the claim filed by Ezion, he asserted he did not act violently, neither verbally nor physically, and despite that he was brutally and savagely attacked by an unidentified horseman who chased him when he tried to escape, until he was trampled by the horse and suffered severe physical injuries.
I sure hope someone has filed a claim on behalf of my son's friend Yaakov Tessler.
