Jon Voight slams Time Magazine's 'Israel doesn't want peace' cover

Here's Jon Voight on the Mike Huckabee show on Fox slamming Time Magazine for its cover story that claims Israel doesn't want peace (Hat Tip: News Busters).

Let's go to the videotape. The part about the Time Magazine cover runs from 6:34 to 8:19 but the whole thing is worth watching.

What would you all think of a Huckabee - Giuliani ticket in 2012?

Huckabee, yes; Rudy, no. Rudy has been part of the problem regarding spending and is contemptuous of the 2nd Amendment (to the point of being authoritarian). I wouldn't mind seeing him as head of Justice, Homeland Security or State, where he'll have a boss but still be able to do what he does best. There are plenty of other Republicans who can be on a ticket with Huckabee (and maybe even with him in the Veep position) who are very pro-Israel, as well as being fiscally conservative and defenders of all Constitutional rights.

Nonetheless, nice to hear Rudy - I'd prefer him at any time to Mr. Obama.

How about Jon Voight - he's the gift that keeps on giving. First, he gives us Angelina - on that gift to our eyes alone, he could retire. But he's also a very good actor (loved his roles in "Transformers" and "National Treasure" and they weren't his best, and I absolutely LOVE his politics and the courage he has to state them openly and often while still looking for work in America's Sodom.
