In Israel, which is an OECD country, my two youngest children studied in a school that doesn't have a building last year (one of them will still be there when school starts on Sunday). Funny, I don't see the 'international community' lining up to give my kids a fancy school building like the one in the picture above.
(Forget the funny number in the tweet - it's almost irrelevant).
