Five people have been killed and 10 injured in a car bomb attack in Ankara. The explosion took place near a Turkish military dormitory.
More to follow.
UPDATE 11:42 PM
There are now 28 dead and 61 wounded. But no one in Turkey knows that. The Turkish government, which is blaming the Kurdish PKK, has placed a ban on publication.
I'd say it's far more likely the Russians, and that Erdogan has learned well from his Best Friend Forever Obama, who wishes he could ban publication of his politically inexpedient moves.

I think it's the PKK. Possibly Daesh, but it's unlikely that Daesh would so specifically target the Army.
Before I'd think "Russia", I'd wonder if it might not be the AKP's and MHP's radical youth wings, trying to stir the pot big-time. A major attack like this will be used by Erdogan as justification for switching to a strong-Presidency system. In other words, he might be who'd get the most benefit from it.
