Yeah, they 'randomly' chose 20 cars to vandalize. But the use of the word Juif tells you whom they were after, eh Barack? By the way, the 16th arrondissement is not the one where the terror attack took place last month. That was the 19th.
Will this be attributed to 'youths'?
