And again: Terror in Jerusalem. But different: Mayor and his bodyguard subdue terrorist (with video)
A 'Palestinian' terrorist stabbed and moderately wounded a 27-year old Haredi man around 5:30 this evening in front of Jerusalem City Hall. Mayor Nir Barkat and his bodyguard subdued the terrorist.Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat is the guy in the white shirt who tackles the terrorist along with his bodyguards on either side.
The police say that Barkat and his bodyguard witnessed the event, prompting the guard to overtake the stabber and hold him until forces arrived. Police say the stabber is a 18-year-old Palestinian teen from Ramallah who has now been taken in for questioning.
Barkat recalled the event: "I was traveling in a car next to the IDF Square (Safra Sqaure) when my team suddenly saw a terrorist with a knife right next to us. I immediately jumped out of the car together with my team, (my bodyguard) pulled out his gun and together we held the terrorist until security forces arrived; we also attempted to treat the victim."

Another 'only in Israel' moment.... The victim is in 'moderate' condition at Jerusalem's Shaarei Zedek hospital. The terrorist has been arrested.

Somehow, I can't see De Blasio of NYC or Emmanuel of Chicago doing this, especially if the attacker was dark-skinned, an illegal immigrant, or a Muslim. They'd be too worried about the "Islamophobia" or #BlackLivesMatter/Kill Whitey! rioters to do anything but let the perp go...
