This morning's terror attack
As I'm sure most of you know already, this hasn't been a good morning. 'Palestinian' terrorists walked into a prayer service in my former synagogue in Jerusalem this morning, murdered four Jews who were wrapped in their talitoth and tefillin and wounded eight others. One of the dead, Rabbi Moshe Twersky HY"D (May God Avenge his blood) was a childhood friend - a class ahead of me in school here in Boston.
Moshe was a brilliant talmudic scholar, and a real mentch. He was descended from the Soloveitchik (Brisk) and Twersky (Talner rebbe) families and was the Dean of the Torath Moshe yeshiva, a prominent yeshiva for non-Israelis in Jerusalem.
May God Avenge their blood.
My wife reports that one of the terrorists worked in the local makolet (grocery store) and the other was a cleaning person. Maybe it's time to stop hiring Arabs. She also tells me that all four victims were Anglos.
The picture is one of the victims....

Very upsetting. Just speechless.
One of those killed was from Liverpool. It has shocked us.
Maybe this will help the British government wake up to the reality of Hamas and other groups.
